When you are very busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you barely have the time to monitor what’s going on with your VPS – whether it is under excessive load or whether all the tasks are running the way they should. With our Managed Services solution, we will take care of this on your behalf. Your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom–developed server monitoring software system and the moment there’s a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be informed instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest task on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop computer, alternatively use a 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a far simpler and easier way with our Managed Services deal. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS server each week, so you never need to fear losing important info. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy really fast. All our backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your Virtual Private Server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software on it. And if this sounds like something way too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the best thing for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our competent server administrators who will install any software program or rectify any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an optional feature.
