Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
If you want to set up an auto-responder message for some email address created in a shared hosting package from us, it won't take you more than a few mouse clicks to achieve this. You will see a directory of all email addresses which you have in the Emails part of the Hepsia Control Panel, which will come with all web hosting accounts. For each of them, you will notice a small auto-responder icon and everything you should do will be to click it, type the text you want to use and save the change - it's as easy as that. Configuring an auto-responder for multiple e-mails and updating or removing an existing auto-responder is just as simple and can be done at any moment. There will be a different icon for any mailbox with an enabled auto-responder in your Emails section, so you will have the ability to keep track with ease and adjust the status of the function at any moment if required.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server package to host your domains with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for any of the e-mail addresses you create in the account. This can be done in the Emails section of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can view a list of all your mailboxes. A little icon will show you which has an enabled auto-responder and which one does not. To add, update or delete a message, click the corresponding image for the specific e-mail, type in the content that you want to use, save the changes and you'll be all set. In case you select multiple email addresses, you're able to enable or disable the feature for them in bulk, with very little efforts.
